Eac h Automatic Trans fer Switc h contain s a rating label to

define the loads and fault circuit withstand/cl osing ratings.

Refer to the label on the Transfer Switch for specific values.

Do not exceed the values on the rating label.

Exceeding the rating can cause personal injury

or serious equipment damage.

Namepl ate

The Transfer Switch namepl ate incl udes data for each

specific 7000 Series ATS. Use the switch only within the

lim its shown on this nam eplate. A typical Catalog Num ber

is shown on the next page with its elements explained.

An experienced licens ed electrician must ins tall the ATS.
